Hypertension remains a global health challenge contributing significantly to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. A complementary therapeutic approach, Homeopathy has been investigated for its potential role in managing hypertension. This review critically examines the findings of Banerjee et al. (2021), who conducted a systematic review of randomized clinical trials (RCTs) assessing homeopathic interventions for hypertension. The review contextualizes these findings within existing literature and limitations, and discusses implications for clinical practice. While some evidence suggests potential benefits, methodological inconsistencies and limited data highlight the need for more rigorous studies.
