Abstract

Non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) is a prevalent condition characterized by excessive hepatic fat accumulation, often associated with metabolic disorders. This review explores the homoeopathic approach to managing NAFLD, which emphasizes individualized treatment based on the patient’s unique symptom presentation and constitutional makeup. Homoeopathic remedies aim to stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms, addressing the underlying imbalances contributing to NAFLD. Homoeopathic management of NAFLD focuses on improving liver function, reducing fat accumulation, and addressing associated symptoms like digestive disturbances and fatigue. While further rigorous clinical trials are needed to establish definite efficacy, this holistic approach offers a potential complementary strategy for managing NAFLD emphasizing personalized care and natural therapeutics.
