The ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) health card is a part of the Ayushman Bharat initiative aimed at offering quality medical services to individuals and their families at reasonable rates. It was inaugurated by the esteemed Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, as part of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission during the third anniversary celebration of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana. The objective of the ABHA card is to furnish health IDs to Indian citizens, enabling them to access their medical records effective. Methodology: This research employed an evaluative and instructional method, as well as an Non-experimental design. The research was carried out among 200 people residing selected area of Pune City, sample chosen by using a Purposive sampling selection approach. The information was gathered using a program that included demographic characteristics and self structure questionnaire to assess the awareness of ABHA health card. Data were acquired using a reliable technique that included demographic information and structure questionnaires. SPSS 20 was used to do data analysis. Result: The awareness regarding ABHA health card among people in selected areas of Pune city. the major findings is 59.5% of people had awareness regarding ABHA card and 40.5% of people had no awareness regarding ABHA card. The demographic variables have been found to have a significant association with the jobs and accomplish you have ABHA card data awareness regarding ABHA health card. This is because the p-values corresponding to the demographic variable people are large (greater than 0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that there is a need for increased awareness, particularly in certain areas of Pune city, to enhance public education and promote lifestyle modifications for improved outcomes
