Abstract

A case of a 14-year-old girl with double tooth in the premolar 
region is presented. The case is presented for the rarity of the 
anomaly in this region. The need for good clinical and 
radiographic examination of teeth is emphasized to rule out 
other anomalies or to prevent misdiagnosis of cases.
