“Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a bigger role in all sectors, especially in areas which uses a lot of data, like biomedical research.” But, despite with its benefits and promises, AI do bring ethical risks as well as dangers. The present research work aims to make sure that, AI is used ethically and to deal with new moral issues, in biomedical research and healthcare. These guidelines also help to provides us, with a clear path towards making ethical choices when using, integrating, and accepting AI tools and applications in the medical field. Studies highlight the ethical problems and stress on the need for regular ethics checks, continuous watch, and responsibility between different fields. “The recent study helps us understand growing usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare sector from both diagnosis to treatment and patient care thus, making it crucial to understand its possible benefits, risks, and challenges.” The potential benefits of using AI, should be carefully balanced with legal and ethical governance such as bias, informed-consent, accessibility, privacy, and cost. This helps to prevent any harm which could come from, using AI applications responsibly without careful thought. Study survey was conducted among 239 people to study Ethical Governance of AI Applications in Biomedical Research.
