Abstract

This comprehensive research article investigates the critical role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in enhancing leadership effectiveness and employee retention within multinational corporations (MNCs). Through systematic analysis of empirical studies and theoretical frameworks, this study explores how emotionally intelligent leaders create healthier work environments, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and foster employee commitment, ultimately driving organizational success. The findings reveal statistically significant correlations between EI and leadership effectiveness, while highlighting the multifaceted impact of emotional intelligence on workforce stability and organizational culture.
