Abstract

Morphological variation is one of the pivotal clinical challenges for the success of the root canal treated teeth. Mandibular premolar exhibits the least morphological variations. This may exhibit the diagnostic challenges and treatment planning of specific teeth. This case study exhibit role of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) for success of non-surgical re-treatment with perverse morphological variation in mandibular premolar.
